This workshop will present an overview of Quality Management Systems (QMS): Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, Baldrige, and ISO 9001:2000. Participants will obtain useful information on ISO 9001:2000 for small service-oriented businesses looking to compete in government contracting as a prime or subcontractor, or who just want to implement a QMS as part of their standard operational procedures. No prior knowledge of QMS is required for this workshop.
